Recent government programs are now available to buy a new home with little or no money down in many areas around the U.S. This special financing is ideal for customer looking to build a new home for less than $250,000. Although the program doesn't actually restrict the purchase price of the home, income restrictions do apply, which will ultimately restrict the purchase price. Property restirctions also apply as homes must be built in communities with populations under 10,000.

To qualify for this special financing, customer must meet income guidelines. Income guidelines must normally be less than the median income for the area in which you're looking at building.
