Request a coupon for as many featured as you would like to visit. Requesting a coupon is risk free and does not obligate you to purchase a new home from a builder found on Beome.com.
Or you could also request a rebate as your search for home plans, lots, ready homes, builders or communities. As you browse the website, you will have the opportunity to request a brochure, contact a builder or save a listing. The first time you request a brochure, request information or save a listing, you will also be requesting a 1% cash back rebate.
The Builder will validate your coupon request within 48 hours. Once validated, you will receive an email from builder and then you are free to interact with the builder through the website or visit any of their model homes or communities. Although not required you should remind the sales person on your first visit that you have a beome.com rebate. Remember that if you contact the builder before your rebate is validated, you may invalidate your rebate request. So wait for the validation email before contacting the builder and save the coupon for your record.*
Print the cash back coupon and have sales person sign the rebate coupon at contract signing. Then to claim your rebate,** fax both the rebate coupon and sales contract to Beome.com at 262-546-1865 or email at rebate@beome.com.
Close on the new home for which you presented cash back coupon. Your 1% rebate from beome.com will be mailed within 4-6 weeks.
